Delete in the app
- Open ClayCue and go to Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
- Choose whether to keep or erase the training data stored locally on that device.
The server-side deletion happens when you confirm. This action cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your ClayCue account profile, active sessions, authentication records and all training information synchronised to the ClayCue service, including synced rounds, equipment and notes. If you used Sign in with Apple, ClayCue also attempts to revoke its Apple authorisation token.
Limited records may be kept only where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance, as described in our privacy policy.
Local device data is a separate choice
Because ClayCue works offline, your device has its own copy of your training log. After deleting your account, the app asks whether you want to keep that local copy or erase it too. Keeping local data does not keep your deleted account open and does not re-upload it unless you later sign in and choose to sync.

Email us from the address associated with your ClayCue account. Write “Delete my ClayCue account” in the subject. We will verify the request before deleting an account so that another person cannot delete it without permission.
